  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Anyone know how to reset the time on the VolvoOnCall app?

You can renew voc subscription via app or dealer on online, if you renew after yours expires it has to be done via dealer as it requires reactivating and may cost more.
Below is how Volvo say you access it via voc, but I just opened voc then settings, then manage subscriptions.
The price it in euros @ €67 for 2 years or €39 for one year.

I really meant how to set the clock. The clock on My Volvo On Call app runs two hours ahead of actual time, e.g. it will show fully charged at 1600 whereas the real time is 1400.

Presumably there is an adjustment for the time zone and daylight saving time within the app, for what I assume, possibly wrongly, is a T8.
Is the time for journeys also out or is that accurate in the journey log?

MIne are on iOS, both show the right time and I dont see a way of adjusting it - is the device the app runs on at the right time?

Thanks. My iphone time is correct and journey times are correct in app, just the charging time - it will say fully charged at 1600 when for example it should read 1400. A minor annoyance that there is no way I can see to reset the time on the app.

My car charges every time the engine is running. I assume, through no visible evidence, that you have some other kind of charging issue. Is your car a T8 hybrid type of thing perchance?
