Volvo 460 T5 AWD!
EDIT! Sorry, I forgot I already started a thread on my build, maybe an Admin can join them together?
Can't decide if this belong in 400 or 800 categories? Yes I did it, well not finished yet but soon. So Eric is my name and live in Sweden, home of Volvo. I wanted in my old days to build myself a toy to play with like Block and Pastrana dos. So this build is not going to be a daily driver, but it will be road legal with inspection, insurance and all that stuff. I hate trailer queens. So I junked a 1997 Volvo 855 AWD, LPT engine and 5-spd, it was to rusted to save. Some how I managed to attached the 850 awd whole drive line to my small 460. Lots of work left, but I got almost halfway. Got some goodies in the mail today for my FrankenVolvo ;-)
WHY, WHY? Picture gets up side down! WHY, WHY? 60L fuelcell, got to stuff it down the spare tire cave. V50 Electric Power steering. Washer fluid bottle. Battery box. Missing is the bottle & pump for the water/methanol injection.

Today I finished up test fitting radiator and Intercooler, getting closer and closer ;-)

Finished up upper torque mount on the 460, I'm happy with it and I think it's going to hold.

Custom made strut bar finished, thought of adding a second tube between the towers but I'm not sure yet.
