Default Intake manifold and throttle body gaskets

Wanted to share with you folks that Snabb just put out some spacers for the intake manifold and throttle body for the S40/V40 line. Might be worth checking out if you are planning to do the pcv anytime soon. (ships from US, but these are light, costs shouldn't be high)

NO they do NOT replace gaskets, they do not require a gasket
and are not hardy and more than useless on a stock car

But the advert looks good and has scientific info therefore it must be good.
Not for me to knock it but how much will it help.
On the other hand the stickers are cool too!

Are you saying the the intake and throttle don't need gaskets or claiming that these spacers don't serve as gaskets? They do join the mating services prevent leakage with a benefit of heat soak loss. I would like to understand your aggression to the post.

I only brought it up because they were just released and wanted to share.

Edit - They've had these for the older wagons for a long time. The S40/V40 getting new products is though (again why I share).

I see no fault with them, they seal and thats what needed. If the heatsink property's are worth it then go for it. You would only feel a benefit if you are really giving it some track type driving but thats just MY thoughts.
My remark was more about the advert/sales method on the web link. Have a look at the vid you might see where i am coming from.
Thanks for sharing as some will enjoy it - me included!
