Default 1998 V90 - Any interest?

So, She has to go. I've owned her for three years and she has been my favorite of all the cars I have bought.

1998 V90 3 litre 204 bhp.
7 seats.
151,000 miles
The auto box is magic - always knows which gear to be in. Never below 24 mpg but I never got it over 30mpg.
Cruise control.
12 months MOT.
2 months Tax.
Near Boston in Lincolnshire.
Looking for about £650.00

Default more info?

i'm in the process of patching up my 940 est and always fancied a 960/V90 as a second.
What sort of work has been done over the 3 years ie cambelt, nivomats etc.
Are there any known faults, you haven't said why your wanting to sell such a nice car as one of these.
Just interested in a bit more background.
Many thanks.

B10B This is a 14 year old car, it has some minor problems like one tyre will need replacement, the aircon needs looking at and two front suspension bushes need replacing soon. Otherwise she has stood the test of time very well. Nivomats sag when parked but pump up fine when on the move, cambelt replaced at 142,000 miles.

So, what with the above costs and the fact that my Wife is now retired and we don't need to run two cars, the Volvo is now looking for a new guardian.

What service history do it have? Can I have photos of all the door cards and alloys? Is the spare an alloy or space saver? What make are the tyres? Are there any dents scratches chips rust or bubbling paint work or peeling lacuer?

That does look a nice car and i think the colour is great.
It's nice to see that you've owned it for the last few years. So you can sell it with confidence.
Good luck with your sale.

Cumbrianmale - photos for you, all doorcards are as good.
Spare is space saver. tyres are a mixture Goodrich an Pirelli.
From the Service history paperwork :-
1st year Volvo
99 - 02 Hi Q
02 - 08 Volvo
09 - 12 Me!

I've only done just over 6,000 miles with her and gave her an oil (synthetic) and filter change each Spring.

No major dents or scratches, just the dings and chips you get on a car of this age. No paintwork rust or peeling.

Very interested but cannot view until next weekend as other half in hosp at moment. If it doesn't sell before then would like to come and view Sat if poss; I am just down the road from you so can come over at pretty short notice if need be. Don't think I have enough posts to send a message so will check again Friday to see if still available.
