Default Jewel Headlights

So I looked at buying a brand new V70 with all the bells and whistles......

But nearly £30k is a WHOLE lotta money!

I can't get past the fact that I have a 'better than average' perfectly good 850 sitting in the driveway with (you guessed it) all the bells and whistles!

The paintwork is not as good as I'd like, (I'm NEVER buying a RED car again!) but other than that it's a solid car. So why not spend little to 'tart-it-up' a little - new alloys, lowered, etc (maybe even a new paint job?).

I like the look of the Jewel headlights I've seen on some 850's, fresh and modern without the huge new car price tag.

But where do you get them from? And how much could I expect to pay for a pair? Anyone had any experience of fitting these?

Chris

Hi, try Russell Thompson - I seem to remember him doing the 850 chrystal lights. He's a member of our forum. Here's a link to his website, although the 850 lights are not listed on his website - all you have to do is ask!: http://www.rtmechanics.co.uk/volvostyling.htm
