Default Boost gooes off after entering slow trarffic

With our 2004 v50 2.0d I have a somewhat similar problem, however the difference is i notice is:

When starting the car, there is always the boost power, and if i soon find myself dirving on an open road, the power remains there.

But, when i encounder slow traffic, or have to wait for few trafic lights, the boost is off. I have to at-least stop and turn the engine off, which usually makes it worrk again, or drive with no boost till the end.

I have opened the filter of the TCV and cleaned it.
I have found the two hoses connectged to engine below the intake are very oliy and hardly stay attached - I have made the hoses firmly connected using plastic clips.

I wander if it is the TCV, that is faulty, or is there some other problem.
Thank you for any suggestion.
