Default 2009 XC60 Headlight Washer Jet Cover - missing part?

Hi, my 2009 XC60 had one of the headlight washer covers missing when I bought it, so I bought a replacement cover but I cant fit it, this is either because there is a part missing OR I've ordered the wrong part?

I've attached a few photos showing the cover.
The problem is that the locating holes in the cover are spaced too far apart, they also dont reach down far enough and the mating hooks on the washer jet are out by 90 degrees to the cover.

Cheers in advance.

Just had a real good look around the internet and what you have purchased, does seem to be the correct cover. Which can only leave the conclusion that the actual washer could be wrong, hence why the cover was missing in the first place. ICBW.
