Righty 460 For Sale
For those who have not read my other FS topic, I was thinking about putting my 460 up for sale thanks to the masses of money my insurance is going to cost me when I renew. Well now its for sale, read my other topic for details and pictures but I am only asking £500ono for it if anyone is interested then drop me a PM and I will send you my phone number.

Here are the pictures of the car in daylight:
Here are some of the inside, its not as tidy as it usually is as I did a 300+ mile round trip a few days ago and haven't had chance to clean it. |

That looks a nice specemin - good luck with the sale.
Having just bought a 460 (albeit a little older) I can say that they're comfy on a good long run as well as coping admirably with the daily commute. Mine felt very surefooted (especially for a turbo automatic) in the snow today over the Pennines and the heater kept me toasty warm when it was -4 degrees outside. This car looks to be a bargain for £500 Pete

this looks like exactly the car im looking for at present, my volvo 440's auto gearbox has just ceased functioning in an expensive manner at, by a bizarre coincidence, 74k miles. unfortunately you are 181 miles away from where i am making things utterly impractical. good luck with the sale, i hope it finds a good home it looks to be a real bargain!!

Dude i travelled 600 miles ot get my S70, the 460 looks a cracker car, give this man a ring and chat to him, if he's serious about a sale he'll meet you at a bus / train station.

Draconis, I am more than willing to meet you at a station as I don't live too far from Liverpool I can pick you up from there. Its just an idea as I don't want to resort to ebay unless I really have to and its not going to be used as I have a new car.

This is practically the CD model only it doesn't have the front fogs, which can be fitted at any time. Air conditioning is a huge bonus for those warm days. I'd have no hesitation travelling from Ireland to collect it but the wife would be on my case with three cars
Great car for the money!!!

Thanks for the positive comments guys, I have just got back(about an hour ago) from a trip upto scotland and back over the weekend and she never missed a beat. 45 to the gallon all the way so used 1/2 a tank of petrol, can't ask more than that esp when my mate(who was driving with us) used up 3/4 of a tank in his 316 coupe!
The car is however provo sold and will be getting delivered on Tuesday to its new owner who I hope will look after her as well as she deserves to be treated. |
