V60 T6 noise on cold start (Video link in description))

Hi everyone

I wanted to ask if any 3.2 or 3.0 owners had something similar in their cars. I will link the video below, the noise comes from under the car and only on cold starts. I tested this with holding an iphone by the secondary belt on the right side of the engine and making a sound recording and also putting an ipad below the car and making a sound recording and was able to confirm that its impossible to hear it in the engine bay but it is very prominent in the underside of the car. Also as of more info, when I accelerate hard, there is a metalic smell coming inside the cabin. so could be exhaust relevant? I dont know but recently the exhaust manifold gasket was changed along with the PCV as it was leaking. so I dont know if it could be that.
