Default Engine mount issue

Hello guys and girls

Was swapping bottom mounts on my S40 (B4202S2 engine) and found two issues.

First one, new rear bottom mount seems to be a lot smaller than the one installed. Even though p/n is exactly the same on both of them 30611465

Can't even install it to the crossmember as holes won't match.

Any of you ever had this issue?

Second problem is regarding front bottom mount. It has 16mm hole while bolt that goes through it and engine bracket is 10mm.

But there was no sleeve that would go through the core and this just makes no sense to me. The one that was mounted had no sleeve either. And there's nothing on the parts catalog either. Any thought on that?

Also, is this mount hole (marked red) on crossmember adjustable? It sure does look like that. Tried to make it slide but without success. If it would slide that shorter rear mount would fit.
