Default XC90 Inscription pro lumbar deflating

Hi
I have made comments in another thread but thought I would make my own as I still have ongoing issue.

The lumbar seems to have lower/middle and upper adjustment. My wife suffers from arthritis and needs additional back support however we are finding that particularly the lower lumbar support deflates after a period of time. This is worse when sitting in it. Has been back to dealer 3 times and still an issue. The second time they changed the bag as it had a hole but this one they cannot see anything wrong. They have checked against a stock car and ‘it behaves the same’ but to be honest it is behaving the same as when there was a hole in it.

Has anyone else had this issue ? I am checking against the driver side but has anyone else had the same problem or had it resolved

In my mind it should stay where you put it, if it doesn’t then it’s not fit for purpose.

Update. Both drivers and passenger seats performing the same lower lumbar deflates after a few minutes

Any other thoughts or experiences. Where can I go from here ?
