> What's The Connector By The Bonnet Release Handle?
Hello
New V50 owner here after buying a 2005 V50 2.0D. I noticed that just in front of the bonnet release there's a multi-pin electrical connector socket. I was wondering if this is a standard thing for the diagnostic computer used when servicing, or if it was added by the previous owner for a hand-free cradle? I could take a picture if it definitely isn't standard. Thanks for your time. |

That will be for, as you say, a connector for diagnostic equipment. Our S40 and the XC60 both have them.

Thanks for that. Was hoping it was a harness for the radio, but never mind.
