1996 - 960 Estate windscreen rubber surround

Hi guys & Gals !

Does anyone have any advice where I could get my hands on a replacement front windscreen rubber trim surround for my 960 GLE Estate (1996 N reg)?
It hides the bonded window glass edges and protects from weathering and water penetration etc. I am after the entire surround rubber trim as it has split and lifted in several places, and I think it's needing to be replaced ASAP.

In addition, is it this something I could remove, and fit myself?????

Any advice would be gratefully received.
