Thanks 240.Well done for finding your estate, I think you may have got a good one there. I nearly bid for it myself but needed one with m.o.t.
Am monitoring the red one, fingers crossed! Appreciate the support. |

The miles are good though, and a pretty good history, so I suppose it depends what you`re after. 240`s do seem to have dried up a fair bit in the last month or so. I`d agree with the above post though, it`s worth travelling for the right car. If buying unseen though, make sure you view as many photos as you can, and ask plenty of questions over the phone/email. Good luck in the search. Last edited by RF82; May 10th, 2010 at 17:52. |

Extra pictures of the red 240;
Please note; I`m not trying to put anyone off buying this car, or stating how good/bad the car is. I just think it`s best to know as many details as possible when buying a car off eBay. These pictures are ones I requested from the seller when I was considering it. EDIT; Please ignore the last one....Helvellyn....must have crept in the attachment without me knowing! |

Certainly helpful seeing the extra pics. Looked a lot cleaner on the ebay ones and the rot wasn't obvious.
Why do many 240 estates develope the same patch of rust just under the rear wiper? |

Still looking for a 240 estate!
Getting sore eyes from looking at Ebay! If anyone should happen to spot one in their local paper, etc, I'd be delighted if they'd e-mail me winegum1584@hotmail.co.uk Thanks. |
