C70 2001 T5 GT Convertible Saffron

OK our C70 is looking like it needs shifting so would like some advice on her.

Car is a 2001 C70 T5 GT Convertible Auto with 101,000 on the clock.
She's in good order apart from the points mentioned Below

SRS LIght on - IIRC it's a problem in the passenger side bag, can't find any obvious broken cables.

ETM Issue - It's had an ETM issue for a couple of months, erratic idle, no cruise, Sluggish etc..., however driving it home from Newcastle on Friday the Sluggish performance was gone & it pulled like a train, also the idle seemed to have sorted itself out, didn't try cruise as didn't comprehend/believe that the problem had gone till I got home.

Needs Service & Cambelt change - Was on the list to do shortly but am thinking is it really worth it with the other issue.

Roof needs TLC - TBH I think just a good clean & working over with Renovo will sort it.

Now the issue is the MOT & Tax are both up at the end of the month & I've not got the time/Money to spend on it at the moment so I'm thinking what's it worth to somebody to take off my hands & break/fix up ?

Car has had 1 previous owner before us, we've had it for 6 years & never really had any issues.

Anyone care to offer Advice ?

Nice looking car, looks to be in good condition. I've always loved the c70 in that colour.

Pity about the issues you're having. Difficult to put a value on it, not ideal but you might be as we'll sticking it on e-bay and see how it goes.

Hi All,

Will post some up to date interior/Exterior shots later.

Price wise I'm looking for something around £1000.

As mentioned apart from the SRS Light & the ETM (£110 fix) + the Service & Belt. the car's in really good nick.

I can add I've been drving the car all weekend & the ETM is behaving itself at the moment.

As promised some interior shots

Exterior will be on later

All taken today & the car does need a bit of a clean, the drivers seat can be seen to have the most wear on it with some cracking to the leather. The dark mark on the bolster will be gone later it just needs wiping off with a bit of leather cleaner.

Would make somebody a lovely car with a bit of time invested in TLC, it's just I work away Mon-Fri, the C70 isn't the best for racking up the miles (700+ a week) & isn't suited to the daily school run either.

Wife is looking for a cheap little runabout with an auto box that will suit the school run, I've got the S60 which is perfect for the slog up & down the motorway.
