Default V40 spongy transmission/engine mounts?

Hi I have a 2015 V40 D4 manual and I'm finding the gear lever is moving quite a bit under acceleration. Plus a bit judder when pulling away from a standstill.

It feels like what I've found on previous cars to be caused by degraded transmission/engine mounts.

Is this a known issue for the V40? and are there any tips and tricks for sorting out the mounts? Replacement mounts look expensive at ~£200!

On other cars I've fixed this by replacing with aftermarket mounts, or by filling them in myself with urethane. However nowadays I don't even have a driveway or ramps so it is pretty awkward for me to even get under the car to inspect it.
