Default Brembo Brake Rotors

Hi,
My front & rear brake rotor is due for relacement, I am looking for 3rd party replacement such as Brembo rotor. Any users here that have experience with Brembo (non-slotted, non-drill, just plain surface)? How would you compare it with original Volvo parts?

Please advise. Thanks!

Regards,
Steve

My advice will be to go with TAROX G88 Sport discs. I've had them on my cars (been tranferring them from one car to the next) and collectively they've done over 60,000 miles and I've never had a single problem with them. I can't really speak from Brembo as I've never tried them.

Well I replaced my fronts with EBC slotted drilled rotors with Red Stuff pads, the rears are drilled and slotted black diamond rotors and pads. The whole lot was about £450 including rotors and pads. The good thing is that they fit the standard calipers without a problem.

A lot better than the standard stuff - and no horrid dust from cheap crappy pads to clean off every five seconds.

The next step is 6 pot caliper increases etc but this is mega bucks (like £1000 or so). Too much for what I do, I can't see any benefit to such mods unless you intend to hit the tracks.
