Default V40 Key Batteries Low

Hi There everyone i am writing to you all the way from South Africa ,,could someone please be of assistance i drive a V40 D2 2015 and replaced the Key batteries in December with good quality batteries but about a week ago the message on the dash started showing Car Key Batteries low ,,what can i do please

check the voltage should be 3volts you may have bought old stock batteries.
