Angle gear

Hi all,

Apologies if you have been through all of this before. I have a V70 R and today am shelling out for a splined sleeve, as I have no rear wheel drive at all. Local independent garage sorting things out and not the stealers with there awful labour rates. I am led to believe, from Rufe at FRF that the XC90's suffer from this a lot? Apparently R's suffer a lot from sleeve failure in the US, from what I read on other forums. I am hoping that the angle gear itself is unaffected. A chap on the V70 forum suggested a post on here for advice/comments etc. Thanks.

Just opened my eyes and read the forum below...XC90's been suffering from this for a while then eh?!
