Default XC90 Tyre Wear

I have just posted on the general section, praising VCUK. I will repeat some of it here as it may also apply to other new XC90 owners.
A batch of cars, delivered in the summer, left the factory without self-leveling rear suspension. This was rectified at 3000 miles by my local dealer (not without trauma, though).
At 5000 miles, I noticed the rear tyres were wearing much more on the outer thirds. I am sure it was due to the wrong suspension settings (although the car has had to have the alignment +/- tracking rectified twice over the last few weeks).
VCUK called me today, and are replacing both rear tyres for free. I did not have to fight for this, nor did I have to create a fuss.
I cannot praise VCUK enough for their handling of this episode, and would like to think it may be a sign that things are on the up.
Fingers crossed!

Further update - I received a letter today from the supplying dealer stating that some XC90s fitted with self-leveling suspension (or not as the case was!) may have incorrect rear wheel alignment. I guess a fair few others may be in line for replacement rear tyres if they too are wearing abnormally.
