Default Wing Mirrors Again

Hi All, newbie here so go easy
I've just bought an 06 XC90, 185hp Auto SE, and am working through a snag list of things to put right (mostly very minor things).

One thing I'm stumped on - the drivers side wing mirror won't adjust from the door switch, though the heater element, power fold and kerb light all work.
The adjuster button lights up on 'Left' and adjusts the N/S fine, and it lights up on 'Right' but does not move the mirror in any direction.
I tried the fuse trick I found here through a search, this didn't cure the fault, but left me with a lovely SRS Urgent Service message on the dash!
I popped the door card off to probe the green mirror loom plug, there's about 6 wires with 5-7 volts permanently, a few with 12 volts supplied that drop to 0 when the button is worked, so I'm assuming the power supply/switch is working OK.
No obvious damage to the mirror loom either.

So this has left me thinking its the mirror motor that's Kaput.
I'm reluctant to strip the mirror to further check the motor, in case I bust something disassembling it. Trouble is I can't find any for sale, save for some on American EBay.
Anyone know of a UK supplier?
