I formatted mine to ExFat and its currently updating, although taking far longer than I expected, probably due to multiple short journeys rather than one long one. Must be an hour and a half so far just for the UK maps!

I completed the Europe map (20 GB) upgrade just now. It took about 90 minutes using a SanDisk Cruzer Fit 64GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive. A few times along the way I got an "Update Failed" message which I cleared and the update seemed to restart but quickly returned to the pre-error position in the progress bar.

All seems to be working fine!

According to Volvo site Europe update is 54gb?

It depends on the navigation platform you have installed. Yours is indeed 54 GB.

I have used Kingston DataTraveler Kyson USB 3.2 Flash Drive 64GB formatted to NTFS and all europe map 54GB has been loaded in 35min during my break time at work

I think a lot is up to speed of USB stick

Downloaded UK/Iceland update. SanDisk Ultra USB 32gb. FAT32. Tried to load with ignition on then engine running. Did not even recognise USB. Help!

Format is ex-FAT or NTFS
