Default V90 - Brake Judder

I have a MY2020 V90 D4 (Almost 50k miles) that is experiencing brake judder, but ONLY when the adaptive cruise has been used.

I tested by driving 30 miles with no adaptive cruise and everything was fine, but 2 minutes after using adaptive cruise, when I go to brake they pulse back (sometimes quiet violently) - Can feel it more in the seat then through the pedal.

I assume this points to rear brakes sticking? As doesn't the auto cruise constantly touch them or something? Or did I dream this?

Just want to know where to point the mechanic, that's all.
