Default Headrests

I am letting someone learn and take their driving test in my 1967 Amazon. Apparently the test ve-hicle has to have head restraints for the passenger and driver seat. I believe that my 1967 seats would have come pre-drilled with holes. Can anyone confirm that?

Also, would anyone have at least one spare headrest that I could use on the day, just to satisfy them (preferably you'll be near London).

Thanks a lot,

Tom

There was a whole load of info about this in the Amazon section of http://www.brickboard.com recently

What timescale are you looking at? I'm in the process of buying some seats with headrests so might be able to help.

IIRC, it's only the passenger seat that needs the headrest (ie for the examiner) but I think you'll also need to have a second interior rear view mirror (also for the examiner).

That's great. It will be possibly in about 3-4 weeks. I'll private message you at the time, if I still need them. Tom
