It looks more like an R-Design styling. Does the exhaust look right?

No.
Agreed.
No.

What exhaust? I can't see any pipes.

For comparison, the next D5 SE Lux to be registered (XOZ) is currently on sale on Autotrader.

Is the car in your photo touted as a facelifted SE Lux?

Even the v60 badge looks like it’s been taken off and put back on badly.

Yep that’s the wrong bumper, and if you bob the registration number into totalcarcheck you will see it was advertised last July with 120k miles, then October with 123k miles, implying that it’s had three owners sell it within the past 10 months….. eek!

Is that right? I did a vehicle check and it shows the current owner had had it for 6 months which I was aware of already and then the 2 previous had it for 2+ years each.

Details here:
https://www.vcheck.uk/report/KX63XOY-PMUXSXN

It’s a minefield!!!

The information you got is likely to be correct, I was putting 2 and 2 together from the advert history, hence I said it implied…

Could have had a bump and has been repaired badly. I'd give it a miss.
