Default Intermittent Power Problems

Afternoon all, I have a 2009 Xc60 D5 Auto. It has started having an intermittent power problem mainly from start up with no warning lights on. It revs really slowly and struggles to move. After about 10-15 minutes it seems fine. I dug out my bluetooth OBD reader today and got the faults P0101 and P010f. These seem to point to the MAF. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My guess (I have no experience with your engine) is that the EGR valve is sometimes failing to properly close. This then results in a low MAF.

Thanks took the pipe off the throttle body and took a couple of pictures of the EGR.
