Is 30% standard for Ford employees? (My brother is one) Am after a C70 in approx 12 months when a large envelope of cash will land on my doorstep; this could make it even sweeter!

its 30% on all S60s, which is the highest bracket. 20% on V70s as I recall, don't know about the rest.

My old employer had a similar deal with Volvo think it was about 20% though. Got my Volvo after I left them which was sensible!
