V50 Stop Start issues.
Mines a Silver one. This is the best colour. I chose it above all...and I aint no rep either!!! ;o)
On a serious note, I know nothing about these. I bought this V50 1.6d Drive start stop (81000) only 3 days ago....What a fabulous car it is as well. There is just one thing that is now giving me a headache. The Stop Start function just seems to please itself whether it kicks in or not! Sometimes I dip the clutch, knock it out of gear and put the handbreak on, and it does what it should do. Then as was yesterday for most of the day....Nothing at all happens! In the evening it started working again. Please can anyone enlighten me more about this function? All the pro's and cons info would be fabulous to have in my knowledge basket! Joking, but maybe I need some comp updating or something. The reason I suspect that is that the last 3 services have been done by Halfords, and I'm wondering if they have the facillities to upload the latest software into the cars computer. Anything at all relating to my delemma would be most appreciated.. Thank you Don. |

My 855 is autumn gold. The colour was only available on the 850 series and I think the best looking colour for that model. Just looks so lovely in the sun. People always stop to how nice the colour is.

Is it just me?
Dunno whether I should tick Grey or Gold/Platinum/Beige for the colour.
My 2008 C70 is in Flint Grey, but it only looks properly grey in strong sunlight - quite a light shade. Most of the time there seems to be a darker beige sort of tint to it. I even see the same tint on the websites showing the car in the colours of the model year. Does that happen to anyone else with Flint Grey?

My car is "something else" being Cosmic White Metallic (a dirty white or pale silver) and Java Brown Metallic (a bronzey goldy brown).
Together: great colours!

431-22 Aqua Blue Metallic
According to VOC used only on models 850.S70.S90.V70.V90 but there are quite a few 940s in my colour I've seen around in this area
