Default Wanted V70 seats

Ive found a black V70 which is too good to pass up but when i rang today to ask about viewing the sales man informed me that it used to be owned by a funeral palour (hence blacked out windows) and didnt have a rear seat, ive searched on ebay and only come up with one set from a V70R £195 + £40 postage.

Does anyone have some for sale and would 1998 seats fit a 2001 model?

Also will electric seats fit a non electric seat model, ie is the wiring there?

Unhappy Seats

I wish you had posted this three weeks ago. Bought leather for mine and old seats sat here for about six weeks. Took them to the scrap yard about three weeks ago and yes the rear seats were perfect and even better would have been free.

I think the wiring harness is the same on most P2 V70s except for the Police model , my 2003 V70 does not have heated seats but does have the neccessary wiring going to the seat harness plug which is the permanent live supply for the heated seats plus a control wire . You would need to install pushbuttons for the heated seats on the dash which is easy as they fit in place of the blanks on the dash and get the CEM reproggramed with the software for these options which is probably expensive .
