Volvo V70 D5 SE Sport R Design, 58 plate Sept 2008, 185bhp model.

This is my wife's car that we bought in 2010 at 18 months old from Lipscomb Volvo in Kent. One previous owner and the car was supplied by Lipscomb from new and has always been serviced there so has Full Volvo main dealer service history. The car is HPI clear and free from finance etc.

Extra options from new, Sat Nav, winter pack ( heated front seats ) and Bluetooth.
Interior is the R Design black leather with cream inserts.
The car is in very good condition and really does look lovely in red, you wont see many red R design V70's so is quite a rare sight.

We have owned it since 15,000 miles and over and above servicing parts fitted in that time are :
Genuine Volvo front discs and pads at 60K
Genuine Volvo rear trailing bushes at 60K
Non genuine air con condenser as original started leaking
Non genuine rear pads fitted by myself
Genuine windscreen washer pump sensor
Servicing is all up to date via main dealer so the car is currently covered by Volvo breakdown/recovery until the next service due.

Tyres are all Pirelli the original factory fit type, 3 at 5mm and 1 at 7mm.
Car can come with either the Summer Pirelli wheels and tyres or the winter wheels which are fitted with Toyo snow proxes. These are the 18 inch factory fit Cratus alloys.
I will be selling the spare set of 18 inch Cratus alloys and tyres separately.

This is her 3rd Volvo on the trot since 2001 and I am an enthusiast myself running an M5. The car has been well looked after and paintwork is bright as I have machine polished it in the past and just generally keep on top of it. I will probably give it another machine polish and G Techniq seal before it goes.

Reason for sale is one she has owned it for 6 years so would like a change plus the kids are older now so she doesn't need a large car anymore and would prefer something smaller so has ordered a new Golf GTI. The Volvo won't be available until the end of February.

Still not seen another D5 SE Sport in red for sale anywhere, this is a smart lookimg V70 and will be sorry to see it go. Reduced to £8500.

I've not advertised it anywhere else yet as the wife will still be using it until her new car arrives but that won't be for at least another 3 weeks as it's still in Germany awaiting delivery to my local VW dealer.

Will advertise the Volvo on Pistonheads, Autotrader,eBay and the other Volvo sites in the next couple of weeks.

Love the colour, nice example. Just to clarify, the car is an R Design, but not a sport, as the sport had ventilated and heated seats not the black and white and would have the active suspension , sports are fairly rare too, bit like your colour of your car. Fancy that red myself at next change.

When we were looking for a V70 in 2010 I viewed 2 that were SE Sport with R Design styling/trim.

yes my S60 SE Sport has that on the door jam also.
