Torque settings
Hi,
I've been trying to find out what the correct torque settings are for the very long bolts with a nut on one end, that pass through the bottom suspension arm/ wishbone. I can't find it in my green book, but there maybe a page missing. Haynes manual states 100 to 130 lb.ft. The Haynes manual also states the Pitman arm nut at 125 to 145lb.ft, the Green book 100 to 120 lb.ft. Obviously a bit of difference. Does any one know the correct settings, especially for the 'long bolts' , as I don't want to break anything. Thanks |
