Talking Glow plugs replacement S40 2.0 D

Hi folks, I want your opinion on replacing glow plugs in 2.0D engine DIY vs service. I can buy plugs for about £8 per plug from Eurocarparts and try replacing them myself. I never done it before, seen a tutorial and it seems an ok job with the right tools (digital torque spanner will set me back about £35). Again, I never changed plugs before, but I did replace cam shaft sensor (very easy) and cleaned body throttle (easy, following great advice from this forum!). I think I could manage this myself, but I know if I screw up it'll cost me a shedload of money more. I can't seem to find any info on how much would it cost me to replace the plugs in the service. What's your opinion?
