Default P200A00 and P200000 V60 D4 system errors

Hi all,

can I ask for your help?

I have a 2014 volvo v60 D4 4204T4 car which I recently serviced myself.
I replaced the DPF, cleaned the EGR system and air intake manifold.

It was clear that this was not working correctly as the valves were not moving due to the dirt inside.

Most of the issues were solved however 2 issues in my error list remained; These were also present before I serviced the car.

P200000 NOx afscheider onder drempelwaarde / NOx trap efficiency below treshold bank 1
P200A00 runner inlaatspruitstuk prestatie bank 1 / Intake manifold runner performance bank 1

I use a icarsoft i906 which also offers some extra diagnostics but I don't know exactly where to start;

In this youtube video you can see which EGR valve I have.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zz6qefBV08
at timestamp 7:58 and 9:53 you can see the valve that was stuck for me too, however I suspect that the rod which connects the valve to the solenoid, is not closing of the egr system completely as the moving is not very supple. I also detected a lot of carbon deposit in the "clean" part which is only covered by a simple black cap. So the exhaust gas must flow from the egr system to the outside between the rod and the housing. and that is why it got carbon buildup inside and the rod does not always move freely. Could this be the cause of above errors? I mean when the solenoid cannot move the valve, there must be an error connected, is this on of the above two errors?

If its a sensor or other part which generates this error, can you help me pinpoint where to start diagnosing or can I use the Icarsoft device to see more information?

thanks!

I cleaned the EGR cooler so I'm sure its not blocked. However the EGR valve might not be operating or stuck in position.
