Hi Chris!

Leaking bottle isn't a problem it's the same on all 440 460 and 480. Biggest killer of 480's are lazy owners not willing to spend a bit of time putting them through the MOT and RUST! Check out the chasis, trailing arms, rear bumper member and rear arches. Clean it thoroughly underneath and waxoyl it or similar! What kind of interior is it? Probably a black/grey half leather jacquard interior! They are quite sought after so it's probably best to just replace the heating seat element - keep an eye out on eBay for people breaking and check out your local scrappy! The lights are a fortune from Volvo I will get back to you with a number and a website for getting them for pennies! It might be that they were taken out to hide faults (ABS, SRS, etc...) £495 sounds a good price by the way! You done well - get some pics up for us.

Mark.
