Hi Everyone,
Back with some more infos! I went to the garage this past WE and noted every single number on the engines so it goes like this : Engine #1 (my favourite due to the SU carb that is missing in the pics since it's at home) 4969 89195 419303 50216 (crankcase engraving) Engine #2 (with a Zenith carb, for some reason, doesn't inspire me...) 4969 15331 419303 40141 Engine #3 (old one, broken) 4969 24530 Hbg 418201 Do these number tell you guys anything? I'm gonna upload the pictures straight after. |

Hi Guys,
So yes it seems I have two 90hp B20A engines (4969xx engines) Any advice on which one to take? At the moment, I'm pretty set on using the SU HS6 engine and not the zenith. And btw, I'd like to order some parts in order to refurbish the AUD403 carb. The guys at burlen advised me to buy the following : AUE 966 gasket pack £5.45 each, AUD 9105 jet £15.86 each, WZX 1178 spindle kit £11.06 each, WZX 1183 disc kit £8.55 each, VZX 1100 needle valve £6.83. AUC 3080 spindle bushes x2 Does that seem exhaustive to you? Thanks for the help! Marc |
