  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

I had a random alarm problem on my Merc E Class before I deserted them a few years ago in favour of Volvo.

Turned out that water was getting into the electrics via a faulty seal and the remedy was to splice in a new section of wiring loom.

That car was so badly built; it was just one of so many quality issues that I had to sell prematurely. My two Volvos have been so much better built and trouble free.

Let's hope this was a summer spider problem Chudy. Alarm sensors don't like spiders.

I have checked car very closely and I haven't spot any of spiders but that was at night and I was in deep sleep before I haven't see wardrobe when i was going to check and switch alarm off and i could missed spider too

Be careful... it might be a tarantula... a giant one... a mean one... a killer one... hiding just underneath the seat... waiting you...to seat and drive... no worries... until it ****in attacks you!!!
