I have a receipt from a volvo dealer for the spoiler on ours (installed by a previous owner, along with polestar and leather supaguard....) for £189.99. No mention is made of paint, so if it's supplied factory painted by volvo then it would seem a quite competitive price. Ebay ones around £60 of unknown quality and unpainted. Paint will cost at least £50, so it's not a huge stretch to the Volvo one.
