Default Sun Visor Clips:~

Purchased new sun visor clips not that long ago and they have also broken:~

They need to be opened out to stop them being strained but even so they are weak and haven't lasted.
Decided to strengthen them by forming a stainless steel band around the curved area: fastened into place with J.B.Weld- areas for the adhesive must be keyed otherwise it won't bond properly.
Stronger now so should last- these are etched primed & painted black- but your choice of finish.
Bob.

The holes can be a bit undersize and worth opening the hole up a bit before fitting
