Out on an joyride late last night/early this morning, I heard on the BBC that eBikes are going to be prohibited from private selling. They are only to be sold through authorised dealers who have been certified in dealing with them - or something.
The reason for this is apparently they keep catching fire. It seems like it's becomming a persistent nuisance.
