Lightbulb Fitting foglights into a P1

I know there has been quite a few threads about this, but they left me confused now. I would like to fit OEM fog lights into my 1999 V40. Here's the information I gathered so far:
  • Wiring for the lights themselves is already there behind the hole covers;
  • Along with the lights I'll need a double fog light switch;
  • I'll need to replace the rear light relay with a double relay that's intended for both front and rear lights.
Here's where I'm confused - people say there should be an additional connector for the double relay ready behind the instrument panel but some complain that they can't find it - there is only one connector for the rear fog light relay. Should there be an additional connector ready? Will I need anything else? Is no ECU programming required for a P1?

To anyone stumbling by looking for information on replacing the relay, here's an amazing guide by bar72:

I don't know, do I? Do phase 1 models use a CEM? I thought they didn't.

So yours did have a CEM? What engine was it? Did you have to reprogram, solder, anything? Cmon, details man, details!

I have no idea what's going on here. I don't know if I have a CEM. I thought not, because I thought only P2 models have a CEM. I'd have to check. If I do have a CEM, is reprogramming necessary?

Alright, so I think there's no CEM on my V40. As I understand it should be in front of the blue immobilizer unit. Unless it's the big white box, what is that anyways?
