A sort of insult and injury sort of thing, have had a ticking on both my 240 and my 740 the both had the same engine and fuel set up and just thought it was part and parcel of ownership so on seeing this thread had some hope of a remedy. I am about to check clearances as normally I would have thought of that as a safe place to start when identifying an engine tick. Good luck Rusty
