Default EX30 switches to night mode during the day

So, I have Android 1.4 and have a few glitches, one of which is the when I come to the car the central screen is in night mode, during daylight. This happens maybe twice a week. The workaround is to go into settings and switch from Auto to Dark, then back to auto and the screen returns to normal.

Anyone else finding this?

Not yet, all good seems to work as it should, goes dark under bridges, in car parks and when putting in the garage, if its bright outside, screen is staying light.

If there's a wallpaper setting have a look for the light dark default option there.

I say this as my Chromebook kept ignoring the browser setting but I found it in the wallpaper options in the end, I'm not saying it will be this and I've not used the Google system in the car but there could be two ways of setting it and one is overriding the other. hth.

Funnily enough mine has just started doing it as well.
Only two or three times this week and never had it before.
It's been on ver 1.4 for several weeks now.
Also phone doesn't always connect but was very good just after upgrade to 1,4.
Weird....

Mine is doing this at least 3 to 4 times a week now. Funnily enough when it does it, it is only the bottom 80% of the screen. The top banner where the speed is displayed remains in daytime mode. No rhyme or reason as to why and when it does it.
