Power steering problem

Hi, my english is not good but I try:

Today I changed front light bulb( driver side). After that there is no power steering at all. Before that everything was ok. Any idea what happened? I did something when I changed that bulb? I took that hole headlight off and cord from bulb and from headlight and replaced that bulb and put back in and after that no power steering. Very strange. There was one noise when I put that headlight cord back in. That sound was like how do I say it..like it was adjusting something . Very hard for me to say what kind of sound it was That sound was only like 1 sec. First I thought that it was adjusting bulbs by itself or something like that but I'm not sure was keys in keyhole but there was no power on in car. Keys was in my pocket or if keys was in keyhole keys position was 0 .

Problem was power steering oil. I added some more and now everything is ok
