Default Guide:- Easy Load Cover Fix

Ok my load cover was rolling up when hitting bumps.
So a quick look at it revealed the plastic had worn/snapped so, lateral thinking came in to play-

You need a hacksaw
Couple of inches of 16mm pipe
Araldite (Other types of glue are available)
Paint

Cut it down the middle so you get 2 half pipes

Position them so they cover where the plastic is supposed to be and glue them on and spray it black

Note - it might be easier to paint them first - then touch up if needed!

Why bother? The load cover is not just to cover the boot, it acts as the space the sub is built for and deflects the rear speaker sound forward. Very good for your sound system
