Look what I bought

I or should I say my wife and me just got back from Exeter with a Volvo 240 GL ! http://www.mncarsales.co.uk/cgi-bin/vehicles.cgi

Amazing thing didnt miss a beat all the way back to south wales . The car has FULL Volvo service history complete with all the reciepts it ever wanted . The car has no rust anywhere , well none that I can see anyway , comes with floor mats (trays) front and back . I just cannot believe I have got a 240 at last , yes OK we have a new Mondeo but oh the old 240s they are just something else , I feel so much more comfortable in an old Volvo .Sad but true .

Anyway got a bargain I think , £300 !

My wifey drove it home from Exeter . She loves it which is the main thing I guess .

Been looking throught the Volvo service book and little reciept holders , it seems its never wanted for anything ! Even 2 years ago it had a new Cat from Volvo . Rediculous price too !

the national is held this year in york in june bring the car along lots of car over 100 last year on show , every day user cars and garaged show pieces all welcome come along saturday with a tent and beer ,show on the sunday meet the guys you talk to on the forum buy some spares cheep great fun cheers gary
