Default Sat nav disc or someone in surrey to look at my nav

Hi everyone,

I'm Alex , I live in surrey and am looking for either a modern sat nav disc for an 03 T6 or some that could lend me one to try or someone to look at my nav.

It just keeps saying unable to read disc, there's a slight scratch on it, but don't know if this is affecting or not, the screen comes up and down and works but the disc just won't read when I try and use nav.

Anyone can help, please be kind enough to get in touch.

Many thanks

Alex

I had similar on our car when we bought it. Turned out to be the lens on the DVD unit was dirty, probably due to moisture ingress from the leaking sunroof drains. Anyway I dismantled the DVD unit and cleaned the lense with a cotton bud and the sat nav system sprung back to ife once rebuilt and refitted

Hi Dilksie , thanks so much for u help, I've done it this morning, very tricky and the screws were so tight took me ages to do and a bit complicated, but once I had done it and put back together it worked straight away.

Thanks again
