volvo xc90 2008 V8

Hello, I am trying to replace the front right fog lamp, I have managed to remove two screws, but the one that's in front of the screen wash container is very difficult to remove. Has anyone done this without removing the front bumper.
i Would appreciate any clues. Thanks Ian

Update, I removed the front bumper and it was a very quick and easy job.
I should not paid attention to the american on YouTube who said you could do it without taking the bumper off, He didn't do the side with the water container.
