As above really, does anyone have a set of original factory floormats in nice condition for a 1997 940?

I bought a set of custom made ones for my car for about £45 which fit perfectly, nice carpet on them and I chose black and white edging.
I can’t imagine any original 1990s mats are going to be easy to get in nice condition.

So long as they aren’t too badly worn I found using a mixture similar to the one described in this video followed by a pressure washer rinse was quite effective.

For the hard plastic snow trays just use the pressure washer.
