Exactly what steve said.
To me it's a no brainer and IMO I think going COP without the other mods still is valid due to having a consistent and stronger spark continuity. Myself i have gone bigger turbo and bigger injectors aswell I've gone for a stand alone ECU for my volvo. The gains and massive improvements has blown me away. As said I reccomend everyone going COP |

Shan't bother with COP, but just to follow up on this it was the Dizzy and rotor. It had cheapo (did 46k), aftermarket bits on it - which I was aware of tbh - and I've now replaced with Bosch parts. The original coil appears to be fine, but I will be replacing sometime soon.
