If you put it up on ebay, put a decent reserve on it. I think it's probably the best way to get rid of it, I've had friends spend loads of money on Autotrader without so much as a bite. You will have quite hefty fees to pay on ebay - my advice would be to do it as a classified with best offer option - at least that way, you leave it open to serious buyers. If you put it up for auction, more than likely you will get bottom book price. Incidentally, from a personal point of view, I think if you get any more than 2500 quid you should bite their hand off.

Would agree with the bay bit, just watch their fees, however you should be able to find a V70.
If you look on here or the bay though if you are looking around 3K you may have to go for a year or so earlier. We weren't planning on changing ours but found a very nice late '51' plate AWD with one owner and full history for under that. Happy hunting |

You may have to drop the price to nearer £2,500 if you want to sell it. I would try for no more than £2,700. At the end of the day, its your car, if your not happy with what its gonna go for, hang onto it.

I think a Valet and an ebay posting is in order at the end of the month...
£2700 I reckon... Its such a shame I need to sell... I'll miss her. Not sure what I will replace her with... Got to drive my brother in law's 05 Laguana DCI for a while as he is upgrading... Not really looking forward to that but its cheap motoring for a while... |

Good luck with the sale. If you would'nt mind, let us know what it sells for. It might give other members some sort of price guide line.
